Photograph 2. 'Fisherman's Bastion, Budapest, Hungary.' This neo-gothic and neo-romanesque modern castle was almost destroyed in World War Two. The bastion has seven tours, symbolising the seven Hungarian tribes who settled the Carpathian basin in the 800s. It stands on Buda Hill overlooking Budapest. @davidasutton @sketchbookexplorer Facebook.com/davidanthonysutton #b&w #photography #budapest #hungary #travel #travelblog #buda #fishermansbastion
